WWE Star Shayna Baszler’s Opponent Confirmed For Bloodsport XI

Shayna Baszler’s second match for Bloodsport has been officially announced.

Following her impressive performance in her WrestleMania weekend debut with a victory over TNA star Masha Slamovich, Shayna Baszler was announced to be making her return on July 28 in Brooklyn for Josh Barnett’s Bloodsport once again. On July 9, The Warmaster made the official announcement on social media that Baszler’s opponent would be Miyu Yamashita:

Two fierce warriors of the ring. Two women seasoned in martial arts and professional wrestling. Two women meeting for the first time in the most impactful event in all of professional wrestling. Miyu Yamashita’s kicks clash with “The Queen of Spades” Shayna Baszler’s submission holds at Josh Barnett’s: Bloodsport XI.

A member of Tokyo Joshi Pro Wrestling (TJPW), Yamashita is a 4-time Princess of Princess Champion and has held the title for 1,239 days. Yamashita has also made appearances in Ring of Honor and TNA, where the TJPW star has previously challenged Athena and Jordynne Grace for their respective women’s championships. This will be Yamashita’s first appearance in Bloodsport.
